Community Art Sessions

Each session will be thematic, focusing on universal themes like "Home" or "Dreams". Our experienced facilitator will provide gentle guidance and a warm and creative space for participants to explore and express what's sitting with them.

Standard art materials ranging from paper, canvas, pencils and oil pastels to poster colours, acrylics and brushes will be provided. Participants are welcome to bring additional supplies if they wish to.

Participants may choose to sign up for a single or multiple sessions. Please be advised that the focus is on self-expression and exploration, not art techniques, although our facilitator will be happy to share tips from time to time.
